I went to Brookfield Zoo with my kids. The bathrooms were way cleaner than I expected. It was busy, but they still had toilet paper and soap. No bad smell either. The floors looked taken care of too. It made the day a lot easier

We checked Brookfieldzoo before heading out to see how stroller and wheelchair rentals worked, and it made the whole day easy. Pickup was simple, and the staff were nice about pointing us in the right direction. The stroller was clean enough, and the wheelchair really helped my dad get around without getting too worn out. Glad they offer this option.

I did have a good time at Brookfield Zoo overall, but i felt a little misled about what the experience would be like. I wasn’t expecting it to be so packed in certain areas, and the lines for food and some exhibits moved slowly, especially around midday. There was still plenty to see, and the staff seemed to be doing their best to keep things moving, but the crowds definitely took away from the day a bit. I’d probably go again, but I’d try to get there earlier or avoid going on a weekend.

I thought the exhibits were laid out really nicely. Everything felt open and easy to follow, which made the visit relaxed. There were maybe a few spots where I would’ve liked a bit more detail, but overall it was a smooth and enjoyable experience.

We got a Brookfield Zoo membership this year, it’s been okay. If you live nearby and go more than a couple times, it definitely can save you some money, especially with parking. But am I missing something? I kind of expected more to be included. Some of the extras still cost more, so it doesn’t always feel like this huge deal or anything. Overall, it’s not bad, just not amazing. I’d probably only renew if we’re sure we’ll go often enough to make it worth it

I used brookfieldzoo.org to check the hours and grab tickets, and it was simple. the pages loaded fast, and I found the map, parking info, and animal stuff without having to dig around forever. Checkout was Clear too, which I really appreciated. overall, Nice website and it made planning the visit way less stressful.

The animals had really nice, open space, so I don’t get why anyone would act like they were cramped or mistreated. If there’s a problem, it’s not because of the space they had.

ZooLights was such a cozy and fun way to spend the evening. I didnt expect it to feel so relaxed, but walking around with all the lights was really nice. Its a cute little outing if you want something festive without it being too much.

I wasn’t expecting much from the food at the zoo, but honestly, wait, the fries were actually really good too—it ended up being tasty. Nice little surprise while walking around all day.

I visited last weekend, i kind of regret not going sooner. The animals all looked healthy, calm, and really well cared for, and everything seemed clean. The staff were friendly and didn’t mind answering questions, which made the whole visit feel really nice. It felt good supporting a place that clearly cares about the animals.

Went to Brookfield Zoo last weekend i was kind of surprised by how easy the whole day felt. I bought the tickets on brookfieldzoo.org ahead of time, and getting through the gate was quick, like barely a wait at all, which was nice because I was expecting more of a... thing.

The food lines moved faster than I thought they would too, even right around lunch. There were a few spots where we had to wait a little, but nothing that felt frustrating or like it was slowing the day down too much.

Overall, the short wait times made the visit way less stressful. We ended up seeing more animals than I thought we would and didn’t feel like half the day was just standing in lines, which makes such a difference when you’re trying to just enjoy the day and not...

Parking at Brookfield Zoo was easy when we went. The lot is big, and the signs were clear enough that we weren’t just circling around forever trying to figure out where to go. I’m giving it 4 stars because it did fill up fast later in the day, and getting out took a bit. But compared to other places, it really wasn’t bad at all.

Had a really great day at Brookfield Zoo! The variety of animals was awesome — we saw big cats, bears, birds, reptiles, and even a bunch I wasn’t expecting :) It never felt repetitive, and there was so much to walk around and check out. I’d definitely go back!

Support got back to me really fast and fixed my ticket, which I appreciated. I just wish the instructions had been a bit clearer from the start, since that would’ve made the whole process easier...
